The project’s façade evokes the rippling movement of the canal.
The roof, conceived as a boat hull, follows this rhythm and rises at the centre to mark the entrance to the building.
As a temporary structure, the canopy was designed to showcase various material sources and the stockpile of timber stored at Re-Store. The collective was able to build the shade thanks to the space provided at L’Orfèvrerie in Saint-Denis, which serves as a place to store, experiment, and produce collaboratively.
