The project concerns the development of the château sector within the Massaye ZAC (Concerted Development Zone in french).
It involves the development of the entire 9.3-hectare site, which forms the sole plot of the project. Most of the existing buildings on the site will be preserved, renovated, and refurbished. The buildable portion of the plot will accommodate new constructions for housing and accommodation.
The enhancement of the existing heritage on the site lies at the heart of the project, with the aim of creating an outstanding living environment for future residents who will benefit from shared surroundings and services.
The project emphasises a desire for mixed-use development (housing, activities, and services) by encouraging encounters among the various users.
