Development of an Urban Agriculture Area within the ZAC (french abbreviation for a Concerted Development Zone) des Tartres.
Sensitive to the local context and its history, the overall intention is to provide a coherent response to the challenges and expectations of the Seine-Saint-Denis municipality. The use of bio-based materials—preferably locally sourced and reclaimed—will be prioritised.
WAO and Archipel Zéro seek to make each of their projects exemplary. This urban farm building project represents an opportunity to create an environmentally responsible and emblematic development for the municipality, while meeting the emerging needs of the ZAC des Tartres in terms of use and function.
